GETTING STARTED
The couple has pre-reserved a block of rooms for May 17 - 24. 2027.
Deposit Due Date: June 12, 2026
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by January 28, 2027
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

- Shared roundtrip airport transfers between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres will be added to your package at a cost of $73 per person

- Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)
- Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice): $33.94 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $1.89 per room, per night payable direct)
- The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (approximately $13.67 per person, not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx , where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
A form will be emailed approximately 5 months and 3 months prior to departure for you to submit your flight details to us for your transportation. Flight details are due no later than March 18, 2027. Guests who do not complete the form by this date will forfeit use of any pre-paid transportation and need to arrange their own transportation for an additional cost.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.

Yes! You can add a guest to your room as long as it doesn’t exceed the maximum occupancy and your room will be re-priced. This can be done any time before the final payment deadline. After that date, we’ll need to request approval from the resort and an additional $100 change fee will apply.
All occupants sharing the same room need to be registered at the same time and will share the same invoice number.
