GETTING STARTED
The couple has pre-reserved a block of rooms from February 25 - March 1, 2027 (additional nights available upon request)
Deposit Due Date: January 16, 2026
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by November 6, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

- Shared roundtrip airport transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and AVA Resort Cancun are included in your room rates at a cost of $44 per person, with a complimentary upgrade to private.

- Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice): $79.20 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $4.32 per room, per night payable direct)
- The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (Approximately $13USD not included in the package and subject to change without notice).
Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please complete the Flight Information Form with your flight details by December 28, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not complete the form by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.
