GETTING STARTED
The sailing is taking place October 31 - November 5, 2026.
Deposit Due Date: EXTENDED to March 18, 2026
To reserve your room a $500 per cabin deposit is required.
Please note that no rooms are held without a deposit. To guarantee availability a deposit must be made.
Final Payment is due by June 29, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
Voyages are non-refundable and no name or date changes can be made after booking. You cannot change your cabin. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to move your cabin assignment at anytime up to 7 days prior to sailing.

Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Miami International Airport (MIA). Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is a good option if you need an alternative.
Please keep in mind that you must be aboard the ship 1 hour prior (4pm EST) to departure time on October 31st. Please allow for an hour beyond arrival time for the ship to dock before disembarkation on November 5th.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.

The Virgin voyages experience
This 5-night excursion departs Miami and allows for a day of self-care, spooky surprises and on-board luxury while sailing to one of the most popular destinations for beach-goers and water-adventurer’s alike: Cozumel. From there spend a day recuperating with a cocktail on the sun deck headed to our private beach club on the picturesque island of Bimini before returning the following day to Miami.

If you are choosing the basic rate, no changes can be made once the cabin has been deposited and confirmed. If you are choosing the Essential or Premium rate, please send us an email to hello@sunberrytravel.com and we can review your request.
All occupants sharing the same room need to be registered at the same time and will share the same invoice number.
