GETTING STARTED
The group has pre-reserved a block of rooms from July 30 - August 3, 2026
The retreat begins with arrival on July 30th and ends on August 2nd. An additional night has been added for an extension with an optional excursion opportunity.
Deposit Due Date: October 15, 2025
To reserve your room a $150* per person deposit is required.
*After October 15th, the deposit will be increased to $250 per person.
Second Payment of 50% of package total due by February 2, 2026
Final Payment is due by April 1, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The 50% payment is non-refundable and non-transferable after February 3, 2026
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Liberia International Airport (LIR).
Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by May 30, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.
