GETTING STARTED
The couple has pre-reserved a block of rooms from November 11- 16, 2026
Deposit Due Date: December 1, 2025
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by July 27, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

- Shared roundtrip airport transfers between Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) and Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia will be added to your package at a cost of $70 per person

- According to the Finance Law of St. Lucia, all customers will have to pay the Tourism Guest Levy directly at the resort costing $6 USD per person, per night (this fee is not included in pricing). This fee is paid upon arrival at the hotel in cash, debit or credit card.
Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF).
Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by September 10, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.
