GETTING STARTED
The group has pre-reserved a block of rooms from October 23 -26, 2026
Deposit Due Date: November 14, 2025
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
*The deposit amount will be increased to $250 after November 14th.
Second Payment of 50% is due by February 9, 2026
Final Payment is due by June 1, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After the second payment, the initial deposit plus the additional 50% is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by August 24, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will need to arrange their own transportation at their own expense.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.
