GETTING STARTED
The couple has pre-reserved a block of rooms from February 24 - March 1, 2027
Deposit Due Date: December 5, 2025
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by October 9, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

- Shared roundtrip airport transfers between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa can be added to your package at a cost of $46 per person
- Travel Insurance (a quote is provided through our partner, WorldTrips, once your room is reserved)
- Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice): $79.20 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $4.32 per room, per night payable direct)
Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by December 28, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check current entry requirements before traveling.
