GETTING STARTED
Vamicka has pre-reserved a block of rooms from September 24 - 29, 2026, with the option to extend.
Deposit Due Date: December 9, 2025
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
50% of Trip Cost Due: April 10, 2026
If 50% of your room cost is not received by this time, your room will have to be canceled.
Final Payment is due by June 8, 2026
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If canceled between April 10th - June 8th, your 50% payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

Upgrades to private transfers from CUN are available for and additional charge.

- Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice): $79.20 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $4.32 per room, per night payable direct)
- In addition, the state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (Approximately $13USD) (not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
Airfare can be booked through your preferred airline from your home airport to Cancun International Airport (CUN). The Tulum airport (opened in Spring 2024) is also available to book into Mexico for this property. The airport code is TQO. Should you need a transportation quote from this airport please reach out to us). Upgrades to private transfers from CUN are available for an additional cost.
Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by July 24, 2026 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
